Great product, far exceeds quality of other down light conversion kits that I investigated. Easier to install and allowed me to slightly shift new pendant light fixture in order to center it on window divider. Very picky as a retired architect, but I couldn't be more pleased with this kit. Rock solid and very clean design. I used three screw-in drywall anchors into the gyp board ceiling and one long screw into a ceiling joist.
