The premier name in the world of handmade porcelain, Spain's Lladró create sculptures and fixtures with unbridled fantasy and meticulous detail.
Formed in 1953 by brothes Juan, Jos and Vincente, Lladr emerged as the quintessential name in handmade porcelain. Early work focused primarily on handmade and hand-painted porcelain sculptures, meticulously detailed to show elongated figures, slice-of-life scenes and religious traditions. Thus emerged a signature style, that expanded into the world of jewelry, fragrances, home accessories and lighting. Collaborations with Jaime Hayon, Bodo Sperlein, Paul Smith and Marcel Wanders round out an incredible portfolio of high art, high design and stylish, sculptural porcelain.
