Could this fixture be used on a tiled wall in proximity to an outdoor shower?

Answer
This product cannot come into contact with water so it is not advisable to use it in a shower application. It is damp rated but would need to be wet rated for this application.
Can this fixture be used outside?

This fixture is damp location rated which means it would work great in a bathroom or under a covered porch. However, it would not be suitable for the outdoors.
I have a 18' high fireplace tiled from floor to ceiling and would like to install these sconces on either side. I assume I need to run a wire to a remote location for the driver?

Yes, that is correct this light requires a remote power supply you will have to run cables to a remote location.
