1. Yes, this fixture is dimmable. The bulb is not included and the housing takes a medium base E26. There are multiple Incandescent and LED options available for this base. The bulb you choose will determine the type of dimmer you can use.
2. Yes, the color temperature will depend on the bulb that you choose.
3. Yes, this is a great fixture for bathrooms since it is damp rated.
